Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support behavior plans.

You will work one-on-one with clients, teach social and daily living skills, and collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Prior BT/RBT experience preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
• Follow instructions and implement behavior intervention strategies accurately.
