Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision in Kansas City, MO. You will collect data, support behavior plans, and provide one-on-one therapy to clients.

The role emphasizes social, communication, and daily living skills, with collaboration on treatment plans and a strong client-family relationship. Training is provided and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
• Follow instructions and implement behavior intervention strategies accurately.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
