Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) in Waterford, Virginia. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop daily living, communication, and social skills in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting session data, and maintaining professional rapport with families; a HIPAA-aware approach is required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Pay: $26-30/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
