Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and use positive reinforcement to support each child’s progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team, professional conduct, and compassionate service. Part-time schedule with cases near home and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed for client mobility.
• Ability to kneel, sit, stand and move during sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at daycare.
• Implement plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.

Position Overview

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBTto provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTwill implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life. The Registered Behavior Technician RBTis key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential. Qualifications

• A Registered Behavior Technician RBT must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (due to the physical nature of the role and potential to assist clients with mobility).

Skills & Abilities
