Job summary

Finni Health - South NM is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with clients in Las Cruces, NM, under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA services one-on-one with families and helping children learn new skills.

This part-time role offers an afternoon schedule (3:00 PM–7:00 PM), $20.00 per hour, and paid training with mileage reimbursement. You will collect data, attend team meetings, and have opportunities for RBT certification support and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification: (Preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst.

Join Finni South New Mexico as an ABA Behavior Technician! Job Type: Part‑time (less than 30 hours per week). Schedule: Afternoon time block available, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Locations: Las Cruces, New Mexico. Pay: $20.00 per hour.

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life‑changing ABA care in‑home. You'll work one‑on‑one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

What You'll Need

• Minimum high‑school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification: (Preferred but not required)

This role involves using technology every day, including tablets for real-time data collection, scheduling software, communication platforms, and electronic documentation. Experience using technology and software or platforms such as CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink, or similar data collection systems is a plus!
