Job summary

HR Alliance seeks a part-time in-home ABA therapy assistant to work under BCBA supervision in Michigan. You will implement individualized plans, collect session data, and support clients in communication and daily living skills across Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee Counties.

Travel to client homes is required, and onboarding incentives, COVID pay, and shift differentials apply. Valid TB test and credentialing readiness are required with ongoing supervision and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Scheduling may vary depending on caseload and location.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in ABA, education, healthcare, or caregiving.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.

Job Type: Part-Time.
