HR-Alliance is seeking compassionate individuals to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, accurately collect and document session data, and support clients in communication, social and daily living skills.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation to travel between client homes, and ability to meet state credentialing.

Paid Training | Onboarding Incentive Available.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

Pay & Perks:

• Onboarding Incentive Available.
• COVID Pay: +$3.20/hour.
• Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.
• Paid training provided (no ABA experience required).
• Ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Opportunities for advancement.

Additional Details:

• Client assignments are based on availability and current service needs.
• Scheduling may vary depending on caseload and location.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in ABA, education, healthcare, or caregiving.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.

Job Type: Part-Time.

Schedule: Afternoon & Evening Availability Required.

Service Areas: Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee Counties.
