Job summary

HR-Alliance is seeking a part-time in-home ABA therapy assistant in Michigan to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining a safe, structured environment.

Travel between client homes is required, with scheduling varying by caseload and location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• COVID Pay: +$3.20/hour.
• Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in ABA, education, healthcare, or caregiving.

Schedule: Afternoon & Evening Availability Required.
