RBT Behavior Technician (ABA) Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and individualized supports to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviors for the purpose of increasing language, self-help, play, social skills, ADL skills, and decreasing challenging behaviors in various settings.
You will work under the supervision and support of a BCBA to provide services on a regular schedule in homes or in a community setting in central Berkshire county.
You will work collaboratively with other EI specialists and families in support of the goals, objectives, and strategies identified in the child's behavioral treatment plans.
Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and complete Safety Care training within 6 months of hire date.
