Compensation & Benefits

• $300 Sign-on Bonus for RBT-certified applicants with 3pm-7pm availability
• Competitive Pay: $19-$27/hour, based on experience

Your Role as an RBT

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in various settings across North Carolina. Work under a BCBA to help clients develop essential skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members for consistent therapy
• Participate in supervision and training
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment during sessions
• Follow ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA required
• Behavior Technician or RBT experience preferred
• RBT certification (or in progress) preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Reliable transportation
