Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Description
  • Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, and community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans with fidelity (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials, covering domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
  • Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings as required.
  • Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learner's progress and with colleagues and families as needed.
  • Track supervision hours and maintain RBT certification as mandated.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and HIPAA policies.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure quality patient care.
  • Adhere to Headway ABA policies and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
  • High School Diploma; relevant college coursework is preferred.
  • Desire to work with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Commitment to maintaining RBT certification.
  • Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $18.00-$25.00.
