Job summary

KB Behavioral Health Professionals, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Bruceton, TN to provide in-home ABA services. You will support families, implement programs under a BCBA, and help children learn new skills.

The role involves data collection, weekly supervision, and active participation in team meetings. CPR certification is required, and RBT certification will be pursued within a defined timeframe. In-person work, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Must have an active CPR Certification

Location: In-person - Bruceton, TN

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Finni is looking for a Full-time BT/RBT! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

What You'll Need
