WonDIRful Play in Aurora, IL invites a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities.

You will work under a BCBA, implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and reinforce positive outcomes while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach with families. This part-time role offers competitive pay and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community and in-home services.
• Clean background check required for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families

As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will play a vital role in providing in-home or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client's quality of life.
