Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to help design and deliver care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role offers part-time options, flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles.

You’ll provide 1:1 and group behavioral services, implement strategies with BCBA guidance, and document progress while collaborating with families and clinicians. A BCAT credential is supported for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, preferably with autism or neurodevelopmental differences.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement behavior strategies developed with BCBA supervision.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and mandated reporting.
