Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) is hiring Part-time Behavior Technicians to work with clients in Exton, PA. Training begins with a rigorous 4-week program designed to prepare trainees for the RBT exam and fieldwork.

Certified staff provide ongoing supervision, with a pathway to increase pay once credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role includes direct client work, data collection, and family collaboration in ABA services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for some cases.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or in training process.
• Background checks (federal/state/provider) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention based on applied behavior analysis with clients.
• Establish rapport with clients, caregivers, and families.
• Collect and record data per program specifications.
• Attend trainings and supervision meetings; participate in caseload management.
