Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-driven programs to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will provide confidential, evidence-based therapy under supervision and track progress to support goal achievement.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility with scheduling, and strong problem solving. Medical benefits may be available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Follow CompanyPolicy and Procedures; maintain confidentiality.

Current availability needs: Monday - Friday

between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm (2-15 hrs/day)

Cities include: Fontana, Highland, Moreno Valley, Riverside, San Bernardino

& other surrounding cities

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
