Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatrics in Georgia is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings, teaching communication, social, and self-help skills to children with autism. You will work one-on-one or in small groups and track progress with data collection.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Willingness to complete BT training and RBT certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist families in sessions.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients and collect data.
Provide updates regarding treatment goals and progress; collaborate with families and team.
Attend trainings and maintain confidentiality and mandatory reporting standards.
