Job summary

ChildWise ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) in Dartmouth, MA to work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing BCBA support to help you succeed and grow.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs and families, collect session data, and support children toward greater independence. The role offers flexible scheduling (15–40 hours/week) with shifts Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and
