Job summary

Texas ABA Centers is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support pediatric clients with ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will implement treatment plans, teach essential skills, and track progress under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay for RBT is $21.40/hour and BT is $19.35/hour, with paid training and opportunities for advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality by documenting session data.
