Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings in Gallatin, TN. The BT starts at $19.35 per hour with potential for growth based on training and performance.

This role requires a 40-hour paid training over two weeks, then hands-on supervision, and advancement toward RBT certification. We offer paid training, mentorship, and pathways for career progression, including sponsorship for an ABA Master’s degree

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
