ABA Centers of America in Gallatin, TN, seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work. Start rates are $19.35/hr for BT and $21.40/hr for RBT, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of care.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
