The Position

(Full and part-time schedules available)
As a FirstSteps Behavior Technician, you will:

1. Teach children diagnosed with autism meaningful skills including communication, socialization, self-care, and school readiness.
2. Experience first-hand a child's first words, first friend, first shoe tie, and more.
3. Work closely with teachers, parents, BCBAs, and behavioral health/mental health specialists.
4. Become a registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with all initial credentialing fees paid by FirstSteps, through our paid training program.
5. Hear from our RBTs about their experiences via our reel series ChatRBT on IG @firststepsforkids.
