Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings, under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans, data collection, progress reporting to caregivers, and applying engaging instructional materials.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days.
• Experience with kids with autism preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Full-time is defined as at least 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Support with challenging behaviors in a safe environment.
• Record data and complete session notes/timesheets.
• Communicate progress to caregivers with the BCBA.
