Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to help implement ABA-based strategies for children and teens with autism. You will work closely with a BCBA, documenting progress and ensuring safety in a supportive environment.

The role offers training to obtain RBT certification, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, paid time off, and benefits designed to support health and growth. Join a collaborative team focused on making a positive impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Behavioral Health or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Experience working with kids with autism is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills and integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED (Bonus if you have a degree in Behavioral Health, Early Childhood Education, or something similar!)
• Ability to earn your RBT certification within 45 days (we'll provide the training!)
• Experience working with kids with autism? Awesome, but not required
• A love for working with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to integrity

Full time is considered to be at least 30 working hours weekly *on occasion you might drop below 30 hours irregularly
