Job summary

Child Communication and Behavior Specialists (CCBS) is seeking a behavior technician to implement client programs under BCBA supervision. You’ll collect data each session, facilitate structured activities, and communicate with the clinical team and families to support progress.

This role emphasizes safety and reliability: you must have a CA driver’s license, lift up to 50 lbs, and be available Monday–Friday 12:30–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old and valid CA driver's license.
• CA LiveScan and background check.
• Cleared TB test and immunizations.
• RBT certification (training provided).
• Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill-building programs designed by BCBA.
• Collect behavioral data every session to track progress.
• Engage clients through structured activities and play.
• Communicate with the clinical team and families you serve.
• Keep therapy space clean and organized.
