Job summary

CCBS in California is seeking a behavior technician to implement client programs under BCBA guidance. You will measure growth, collect data, and build trusted relationships with families during daytime sessions ending by 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities include data collection, structured activities, collaboration with clinical team, maintaining a clean space, and commuting within 40 miles. RBT certification supported; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day).
• Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM.
• Completion of CA LiveScan and background check.
• Cleared TB test and completed immunizations.
• Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs.
• RBT certification (training and certification provided).
• Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities.

• No evenings or weekends — sessions end by 6:30 PM

What we need from you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)
• Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
