Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old.
• CA driver license and reliable transportation.
• Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM.
• CA LiveScan and background check.
• Cleared TB test and immunizations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• RBT certification (training provided).
• Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized skill-building programs designed by BCBA.
• Collecting behavioral data every session to track progress.
• Working with clients through structured activities and play.
• Communicating with your clinical team and the families you serve.
• Keeping your therapy space clean and organized.
