Qualifications

• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients).
• Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM.
• Completion of CA LiveScan and background check.
• Cleared TB test and completed immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
• Collect behavioral data every session to track progress.
• Work with clients through structured activities and play.
• Communicate with your clinical team and the families you serve.
• Keep your therapy space clean and organized.

Skills

Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities

Ability to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs

Effective communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
