Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to foster communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided, with a focus on growth and real impact within our collaborative team.

You’ll receive paid training in ABA therapy and benefit from ongoing support, with opportunities for advancement in as little as 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with children in ABA-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism to build communication, confidence, and independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
