Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided.

You’ll receive comprehensive benefits, up to 15 days PTO for full-time staff, sick leave for part-time employees, and clear paths for promotion in as little as 3 months along with student loan support.

Qualifications

• Education: Some College or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
