Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Gardena, CA seeks motivated Behavior Technicians (BT) for 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, centers, and communities. You'll implement research-based methods to help individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

As part of a supportive team, you will collect data using electronic software and collaborate with BCBAs and families to report progress and receive feedback.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Some college credits or current enrollment in related fields.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Learn various ABA methods like discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).

Requirements

• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
