Behavior Frontiers in Santa Ana, CA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will help individuals with autism communicate, play, form friendships, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes data collection and real-time decision-making using our proprietary software, with collaboration among BCBAs, families, and other technicians to monitor progress and adjust interventions.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
