Behavior Frontiers in Palmdale, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will teach communication, play, social skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors, reporting progress to BCBAs and families.

Training is world-class with exposure to DTT, NATs, and VB. The role supports ongoing professional growth and offers comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

• Learn various ABA methods like discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).

Requirements

• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
