Integrated Autism Center is looking for a BT/MA to start soon in 2023. We strive to provide quality of life along with the most effective forms of ABA in our practice. We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun!

Responsibilities

• In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data into the Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
• Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
