Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our center-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, providing structured therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role offers part-time or full-time guaranteed hours, paid training, and competitive pay ($23-$26 per hour) with benefits for full-time staff. Strong communication and reliability are essential as you help families and children

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress; support BCBA with training families.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions in active environments; handle 25+ lb lifting and movement as needed.
• Any other tasks outline by BCBA/LBA.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting.

• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday (five days a week) 3pm-7pm or 4pm-7pm
