Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. This part-time, after-school role delivers one-on-one ABA therapy at home, following BCBA-developed plans, to help children build essential life skills.

You will track progress with data and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills, collaborating closely with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician

• Location: Mt. Laurel, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time, After school hours
