Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help a 4-year-old boy develop essential life skills through in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy. You will work on data-driven plans and report progress, under the guidance of BCBAs, to ensure consistent, measurable outcomes.

The role offers part-time scheduling with weekend and weekday slots in East Windsor, New Jersey, and a $200 sign-on bonus. A passion for helping others and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Education

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 4 year old boy

• Location: East Windsor, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Sun 9:30–11:30AM, Mon 2:00–4:30PM, Tues–Fri 2:00–6:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
