Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for a 10-year-old girl in Milford, New Jersey. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a part-time role and an hourly wage of $18–$25 depending on experience and caseload.

A $200 sign-on bonus is offered and travel locally is required. Responsibilities include delivering BCBA-developed plans, tracking progress with data, and helping build communication, social, and daily living skills

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
