Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking compassionate caregivers to support children and teens with autism. You’ll provide services in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and you’ll be paid for your time during each shift.

Available as a part-time (up to 20 hours) or full-time role, with schedules Mon-Fri 3:30pm-8pm or 8am-6pm. Pay ranges from $22–$29 per hour, with a $0.50 extra per hour for Spanish speakers or ASL. Benefits and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license and insurance; background checks may be required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Help kids learn through play and structured activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress daily.
• Stay active during sessions and engage with children.
• Keep sessions organized and track progress for families.
• Support families and part of a collaborative team.
