Job summary

Headrise ABA in Camden, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support children with autism by delivering in-home, one-on-one therapy.

Earn $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and additional incentives; part-time schedule Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, with potential for growth and support from experienced BCBAs.

You will track progress, help with communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician

• Location: Camden, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
