Headrise ABA in New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy based on BCBA-developed plans. You will track progress with data collection, support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living, and collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
