Job summary

The Learning Institute for Functional Education (L.I.F.E.) is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children and adolescents with ASD. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and travel regionally within Stanislaus County to clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and ready to pursue RBT certification. The role offers sign-on bonuses, advancement opportunities, and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Must pass TB test and criminal background clearance.
• Must provide immunizations and hold valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Must travel within Stanislaus County to clients’ homes.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 in clients' homes and community settings.
• Build rapport with children and families.
• Create positive social interactions and reinforce desirable behaviors.
• Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs.
