Job summary
A dedicated service provider for children with autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior plans to support children's development. Successful candidates will be patient and compassionate, willing to engage in physical activities, and ready to make a meaningful impact. Comprehensive training is provided. The pay range is between $20 and $29 per hour, with additional perks such as career advancement opportunities and employee assistance programs.
Qualifications
21+ years of age.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
Obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Work one-on-one with children.
