Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and a Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support the child in reducing interfering behaviors.
