aba360 seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required; positions start part-time with flexible hours, ideal for students.

We encourage pursuing the 40-hour RBT course and offer opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team. Candidates should have reliable transportation and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Spanish communication preferred.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor essential.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.
