LifeView Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support counselors and clinical staff in a range of behavioral health settings in Northwest Florida. The role requires establishing supportive relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring client progress under treatment plans.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, CPI training, and a valid driver's license.

The Behavior Health Technician position assists the counselors/therapeutic/nursing staff by providing clinical support to adults and children who are receiving substance abuse, mental health services or co-occurring disorders in residential programs, inpatient settings, day/evening programs, outpatient programs and/or community-based programs. This position is responsible for but is not limited to: Establishing a positive helping relationship with people receiving services. Assisting those receiving services to complete activities of daily living, including accessing needed resources, and building functional, pro-social relationships with others. Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those receiving services. Implementing specific interventions according to the person’s treatment or service plan. Monitoring and documenting the person’s progress.
Base pay ranges from $15.00 - $16.12 an hour based on experience. Plus, shift differential pays $2.00 - $4.00 an hour if applicable.
