Job summary

Hopebridge in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism. You will learn directly from BCBA professionals and contribute to skill acquisition, communication, and school readiness in a caring clinical setting.

Base pay is $18–$20 per hour, with RBT certification training supported on the job. The role offers Monday through Friday hours, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and relocation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and school readiness.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to develop functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families and children.
