Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Charlotte, NC to support children with autism through clinically informed therapy. The role emphasizes skill development in communication, school readiness, and behavioral progress under BCBA guidance.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with training paid at a lower rate. Eligible benefits include RBT certification support, development stipends, health and retirement plans, PTO, and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Support children and families by celebrating milestones and encouraging progress.
