Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in High Point, NC. In this role, you will create impactful environments for children with Autism, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide transformative therapy.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20/hour based on experience and progress in obtaining RBT certification. The position includes paid training, health benefits, 18 days PTO, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories, help kids and families celebrate milestones.
