Job summary

Autism Care Partners in Framingham, MA is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing BCBA-designed plans to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will receive training, supervision, and a clear path for growth within ACP's Level Up program, with full-time and part-time options and guaranteed hours where available.

Qualifications

• No prior criminal history
• Ability to utilize technology
• Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows
• Ability to operate basic office equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach adaptive behaviors in development areas such as language and socialization.
• Address behavior reduction goals using reinforcement and prompting.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Complete session documentation accurately and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
